Robot knowledge
The robot knows what your own pages say, and says where
Give it your website address, upload files or connect Google Drive, Notion, SharePoint and Confluence, and the robot learns from them: products, price lists, policies and FAQs. When the site changes, the knowledge updates, and every answer comes with a link to the page or file it was taken from.
Capabilities marked “Soon” on this page are being built now and will be available to everyone later. This is how they’ll work once they ship. Everything new
What robots know todayWhy it matters
-
Answers with a source
Every answer links to the page or file it was taken from, so it’s easy to check.
-
Knowledge that doesn’t go stale
The site is recrawled from its sitemap and page update dates, and files are kept in versions.
-
What you’ve already written, with no retyping
A price list in Excel, a procedure in Word or a product deck: upload it, and the robot knows.
What’s inside
Capabilities
- Soon
Learn from your whole website
Give it an address, and the crawler goes through the pages from your sitemap and links, respects the site’s instructions to crawlers, and cleans each page so Hebrew mixed with English reads correctly.
- Up to 2,000 pages per site
- Sitemap, RSS and linked pages
- Only pages on the same site, at a pace that doesn’t strain it
- Respects robots.txt and each page’s directives
- Soon
Files: PDF, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and CSV
Upload a price list, a procedure, a catalogue or a deck, and the robot learns from it. In tables each row is kept with its headers, so the robot answers “how much is it”, not just “what is it”.
- Files up to 25 MB and 500 pages
- Hebrew CSV files, older encodings included
- Versions: a new file replaces the previous one
- Public knowledge for the robot, or internal for reps only
- Soon
A source for every answer
Every answer based on your site or a file comes with its source: a link to the page, or the file’s name. Reps see exactly what the robot relied on, and you can try the knowledge with a test search before switching it on.
- A link to the page on your site
- The name of the file the answer came from
- A test search over the knowledge, before you switch it on
- Soon
Stays up to date by itself
The site is recrawled from its sitemap and page update dates, and only what changed is loaded again. If half the pages suddenly disappear, the sync stops and waits for a check instead of deleting knowledge.
- Recrawls only what changed
- A safe stop when many pages vanish at once
- Versions for every file
- Soon
Google Drive and Notion
Connect Google Drive and Notion, and choose what the robot learns: folders, files and shared drives in Drive, or pages and databases in Notion. Google Docs, Sheets and Slides are read like ordinary files, and when something changes, only the change is loaded again.
- Choose folders, files, pages and databases
- Updates follow changes, with no full rescan each time
- Read-only: your files and pages stay as they are
- The document or page name, with a link, as the source of every answer
- Soon
Hebrew PDFs, read correctly
In some Hebrew PDFs the text is stored backwards, and copying it gives you gibberish. MoreSend detects this and puts the text back in the right order before the robot learns from it. And PDFs linked from your website are learned along with its pages.
- Detects and fixes reversed Hebrew
- Numbers, prices and English words stay in the right order
- PDFs linked from your site are learned during the crawl
How it works
From setup to results
- 1
Give an address or upload files
A website, a price list, a procedure or a deck.
- 2
The robot learns
Pages and files are split into passages, and each passage keeps its source.
- 3
Check it
A test search shows what the robot will find, and where.
- 4
Customers ask
And the robot answers from your knowledge, with a source.
Control, safeguards and privacy
- Only public pages on the same site, following the site’s crawler instructions
- Internal knowledge is shown to reps only, never to customers
- A partial crawl never deletes existing knowledge
- Admins add, update and remove sources
- A Google Drive, Notion, SharePoint or Confluence connection reads only what you chose, and changes nothing in it
Works with
Connections that fit in here. One marked “Soon” plugs in as soon as it ships.
More in MoreSend
- Campaigns Every customer gets the message on the channel they actually read, at an hour that suits them, and only if they agreed to hear from you.
- Leads and growth Soon A comment on a post becomes a private conversation, an ad lead gets a WhatsApp within a minute, your site chat reaches out at the right moment, happy customers bring friends, and you see the revenue each conversation brought.
- Smart inbox Soon Live translation in the chat, a ⌘K command bar and macros, snooze until the customer replies, internal threads and side conversations, the next step in one click, and an automatic wrap-up to the lead record.
- Voice Soon AI voice agents that know the customer, WhatsApp calls kept in the same chat, “Call me now” from any chat, WhatsApp voice notes the robot understands, reps who answer in the browser, and a summary of every call on the customer record.
- Studio Soon Build a flow from a plain-language description or start from a ready-made pack for your industry, test it on AI customers and real past conversations, and roll it out gradually.
- AI control Soon Rules the robot won’t cross, clear disclosure to customers, a monthly trust report, an explanation for every reply, and coaching the robot in a single sentence.
- AI assistant Soon An assistant that knows which screen you’re on, answers from the help centre, guides you on the screen itself and acts only with your approval.
- Commerce and payments Soon Sell inside the conversation: product cards, a cart, payment by secure link, quotes signed on the phone, and a personal page where customers see their quotes and payments.
- Bookings Soon A built-in calendar: the robot books, moves and cancels appointments on WhatsApp and by phone, sends a reminder with “1” to confirm and “2” to change, syncs with Google and Outlook, and never books two customers into the same slot.
- Team operations Soon Every conversation reaches the right rep, service targets and shifts that know the Israeli calendar, a live board for the office screen, and QA that turns into coaching.
- API and MCP Soon Your AI assistant or IDE works with MoreSend through an MCP server: find a customer, read a conversation summary, create a lead and send a message, with scoped API keys.
- Agencies and partners Soon One console for every client you manage: client workspaces, usage and channel health at a glance, alerts when something breaks, and support access only with the client’s consent.
