We want everyone to be able to use the MoreSend website comfortably, including people with disabilities. The website was built to meet the Israeli Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Service Accessibility Adjustments) Regulations, 5773-2013, and Israeli Standard IS 5568, which is based on WCAG 2.0 level AA. We also followed WCAG 2.1 and 2.2 level AA.
Level of accessibility

What we did
- Semantic structure with headings, landmarks and a “Skip to main content” link.
- Full keyboard navigation with a clear focus indicator.
- AA colour contrast, in light and dark mode.
- The operating system’s “reduce motion” setting is respected: animations stop.
- Text can be enlarged to 200% without losing content, and the layout adapts from 360px phones to wide screens.
- The right language and direction on every page: Hebrew right-to-left and English left-to-right.
- Text alternatives for images. Product illustrations are described in words for screen readers.
- A form with a label for every field, marked required fields, and error messages linked to their fields and announced.
- No time limits, no flashing content and no content that moves on its own without a way to stop it.
Browsers and assistive technology
The website was tested in current versions of Chrome, Edge, Firefox and Safari, and with automated checking tools. [to complete: screen reader testing, e.g. NVDA and VoiceOver]
Known limitations
The product illustrations on the website are visual depictions of screens. Screen readers get them as an image with a description, not as a working interface. If you find a part that is not accessible, please tell us and we will fix it. [to complete: other limitations found in the audit]
