Commerce and payments
Close the sale inside the conversation
A customer asks, the robot suggests products from your catalogue, builds a cart and sends a payment link, all in the same chat. For businesses that work with quotes, the quote goes out as a Hebrew PDF, the customer signs on their phone, and the lead moves to the stage you choose.
Capabilities marked “Soon” on this page are being built now and will be available to everyone later. This is how they’ll work once they ship. Everything new
Why it matters
-
Fewer customers lost on the way
Instead of “go to our website”, the customer pays from the chat, on your payment provider’s secure page.
-
From quote to signature, in the same chat
A quote from your price list, a Hebrew PDF, and a signature on the phone with a one-time code.
-
Your team sees where the deal stands
Sent, viewed, signed, paid: every change lands in the chat and on the customer record.
What’s inside
Capabilities
- Soon
Payment inside the conversation
A robot or rep sends a payment link right in the chat, through an Israeli payment provider, with the installments you allow. When the customer pays, the chat and the lead update.
- Israeli payment providers, with a test mode
- Installments as you set them
- A payment bubble in the chat with its status, and a Payments tab on the lead
- “Request payment” right from the composer
- Available
Quotes as a Hebrew PDF
Build a quote from your price list, from the lead or the chat: items, discount, VAT and validity. It goes out as a link to a tidy right-to-left PDF, and you see when it was opened.
- A price list you manage in one place
- The VAT rate is set in your settings
- Status in the chat: sent, viewed, signed or expired
- A mobile-first page to view and sign
- Available
A simple electronic signature
The customer signs the quote on their phone, after a one-time code sent on their own channel. On signing, the lead moves to the stage you chose, and if you’ve connected payments, a payment link can go out right away.
- A one-time code on the customer’s channel
- A full record: signer’s name, time, IP address, device and the document’s fingerprint
- An automatic move to the stage you chose
- Invoices keep coming from your invoicing system
- Soon
Product cards from your catalogue
The robot recommends products from the catalogue synced from your store, based on what the customer asked for, price and stock, and shows them as cards in the chat.
- Recommendations from a free-text request, like “a gift for my mum under ₪200”
- Filtered by price and stock
- You decide whether to suggest add-ons
- You set the maximum discount
- Soon
A cart and checkout in chat
The customer adds products to a cart inside the chat, and pays by payment link or through a link to a ready cart on your site. A rep sees the cart alongside and can help.
- A cart with a total and a discount code
- Pay by link, or go to a ready cart on the store’s site
- A cart view for reps
- The cart belongs to the chat and the lead
- Soon
Abandoned cart recovery
A customer who left a cart halfway gets a WhatsApp reminder, then an SMS if they didn’t read it, and for large carts a phone call too. The moment they order, the sequence stops, and you see how much came back at each step.
- Events from your store: abandoned cart, order and payment
- WhatsApp, then SMS, then a call above the amount you set
- Stops automatically once the order is placed
- ₪ recovered per step and per channel
- Soon
Invoices and receipts from the chat
A receipt for a payment that went through, an invoice or a quote is issued by your invoicing system, Morning or iCount, right from the chat. The customer gets the document in the same chat, and the rep sees it on the record.
- Issuing an invoice waits for a rep to approve it, and a receipt for a payment already made can go out by itself
- The same document is never issued twice, even on a second click
- One invoicing system per workspace, so documents aren’t duplicated
- “Send me the invoice”: the robot finds the document and sends a link
- Available
Collections assistant
Respectful reminders about an open balance, on the customer’s channel and only on the days and at the hours when contact is allowed. A customer who asks can be offered a payment plan within the rules you set, and “I’ll pay on Thursday” is recorded as a promise with a follow-up task.
- Import balances from a file or the API, with a check before loading
- Limited contact days and hours, never on Shabbat or holidays, and a cap per day and per week
- A promise to pay made in the chat is recorded, and if it isn’t paid on time, a task opens
- A payment link inside the chat, once payments are connected
- Soon
A personal customer page, by secure link
Send the customer a link in the conversation, and they open a personal page with no account and no password: their open requests, quotes to sign, payments and receipts, what’s left to pay, their message preferences, and a request for a copy of their data or for its deletion. Every change on the page is confirmed with a one-time code.
- The link closes after a short time you set, and you can revoke it at any moment
- A one-time code is sent to the customer before any change
- Customers update their consent to marketing messages on each channel
- The robot sends a link only in a one-to-one chat where the phone number confirms who the customer is
How it works
From setup to results
- 1
Connect your store and payments
Connect the store and your payment provider, and the catalogue syncs.
- 2
The customer asks
On WhatsApp, Instagram or your site chat, in their own words.
- 3
The robot suggests and builds a cart
Product cards, a cart, or a quote from your price list.
- 4
The customer pays or signs
On a secure page, and the status lands in the chat and on the record.
Control, safeguards and privacy
The signature is a simple electronic signature with an audit trail, not a certified electronic signature. Invoices come from your invoicing system.
- Payment happens only on the provider’s secure page. MoreSend never sees or stores card details
- The amount comes from the order or your system, never from free text
- Payment updates are verified and recorded once only
- A link above the amount you set waits for a rep to approve it
- Collection reminders only on permitted days and hours, with a cap on contacts
- Abandoned-cart reminders are checked against the consent ledger and never go out in quiet hours
- The customer page is kept out of search engines, and shows no name, phone number or email
Works with
Connections that fit in here. One marked “Soon” plugs in as soon as it ships.
More in MoreSend
- Campaigns Every customer gets the message on the channel they actually read, at an hour that suits them, and only if they agreed to hear from you.
- Leads and growth Soon A comment on a post becomes a private conversation, an ad lead gets a WhatsApp within a minute, your site chat reaches out at the right moment, happy customers bring friends, and you see the revenue each conversation brought.
- Smart inbox Soon Live translation in the chat, a ⌘K command bar and macros, snooze until the customer replies, internal threads and side conversations, the next step in one click, and an automatic wrap-up to the lead record.
- Voice Soon AI voice agents that know the customer, WhatsApp calls kept in the same chat, “Call me now” from any chat, WhatsApp voice notes the robot understands, reps who answer in the browser, and a summary of every call on the customer record.
- Studio Soon Build a flow from a plain-language description or start from a ready-made pack for your industry, test it on AI customers and real past conversations, and roll it out gradually.
- Robot knowledge Soon The robot learns your whole website, your files and what’s written in Google Drive, Notion, SharePoint and Confluence, stays up to date by itself, and shows where each answer came from.
- AI control Soon Rules the robot won’t cross, clear disclosure to customers, a monthly trust report, an explanation for every reply, and coaching the robot in a single sentence.
- AI assistant Soon An assistant that knows which screen you’re on, answers from the help centre, guides you on the screen itself and acts only with your approval.
- Bookings Soon A built-in calendar: the robot books, moves and cancels appointments on WhatsApp and by phone, sends a reminder with “1” to confirm and “2” to change, syncs with Google and Outlook, and never books two customers into the same slot.
- Team operations Soon Every conversation reaches the right rep, service targets and shifts that know the Israeli calendar, a live board for the office screen, and QA that turns into coaching.
- API and MCP Soon Your AI assistant or IDE works with MoreSend through an MCP server: find a customer, read a conversation summary, create a lead and send a message, with scoped API keys.
- Agencies and partners Soon One console for every client you manage: client workspaces, usage and channel health at a glance, alerts when something breaks, and support access only with the client’s consent.
