For developers and AI assistants
MoreSend, straight from your AI assistant
Ask your AI assistant “what did Dana ask for in her last conversation?”, then ask it to send her the price list. It does it through MoreSend: the MCP server exposes a curated set of tools, and each key gets only the permissions you gave it, with the same checks and approvals as a rep.
Capabilities marked “Soon” on this page are being built now and will be available to everyone later. This is how they’ll work once they ship. Everything new
API and MCP tools that work todayWhy it matters
-
Work from the tools you already have open
An AI assistant on your desktop, in the terminal or in your IDE connects with a key and works with your customers, conversations and leads.
-
Keys with limited permissions
Each key has scopes, an expiry and an IP allowlist, and revoking it takes effect immediately.
-
The same rules as a rep
Every action runs with the permissions of the key’s role, and is logged.

MoreSend’s MCP server
Connect MoreSend to an AI assistant or an IDE that supports MCP, and it gets a curated set of tools: find a customer, summarise a customer or a conversation, create and update leads, notes and tasks, and send a message. Each tool shows up only if the key has the matching scope.
- Connects from desktop AI assistants, terminals and IDEs
- Only the tools the key is allowed to use
- A one-click connection test, with ready-made setup snippets
- Every call is logged, without message content
- Soon
Scoped API keys
Create a key for each tool or integration and choose what it may do: read contacts, update leads, send messages. The key is shown only once, we keep just a one-way fingerprint of it, and you can revoke it at any moment.
- Scopes for each key, up to the role you chose
- An expiry, an IP allowlist and a rate limit
- A sending cap for each key
- Immediate revocation
- Soon
Sending messages, with brakes on
An AI assistant can message a customer, but can’t flood anyone: one recipient at a time, free text only inside the 24-hour window and an approved template outside it, and marketing messages blocked by default. Past the hourly limit, a message waits for a person to approve it.
- One recipient per call
- Free text only within the 24-hour window, an approved template outside it
- Marketing messages blocked by default
- Over the hourly limit, a person approves

Events and actions for automation platforms
Zapier, Make and n8n receive events from MoreSend, like a new lead or a closed conversation, and run actions in it. Every event is signed and sent again if it isn’t received, and a call that repeats never creates a duplicate action.
- Events like a new lead, a new message or a closed conversation
- Actions like creating a lead and sending a message
- Every event signed, with retries
- No duplicate actions when a call repeats
How it works
From setup to results
- 1
Create a key

- 3
Test the connection
In one click, before you start.
- 4

Every action runs with the key’s permissions and is logged.
Control, safeguards and privacy
Existing channel API keys keep working as they do today.
- A key is shown once, and only a one-way fingerprint of it is kept
- Scopes for each key, never above its role
- Marketing messages through the API are blocked by default
- Every call is logged, without message content
- Revoking a key takes effect immediately

Connections that fit in here. One marked “Soon” plugs in as soon as it ships.
More in MoreSend
- Campaigns Every customer gets the message on the channel they actually read, at an hour that suits them, and only if they agreed to hear from you.
- Leads and growth Soon A comment on a post becomes a private conversation, an ad lead gets a WhatsApp within a minute, your site chat reaches out at the right moment, happy customers bring friends, and you see the revenue each conversation brought.
- Smart inbox Soon Live translation in the chat, a ⌘K command bar and macros, snooze until the customer replies, internal threads and side conversations, the next step in one click, and an automatic wrap-up to the lead record.
- Voice Soon AI voice agents that know the customer, WhatsApp calls kept in the same chat, “Call me now” from any chat, WhatsApp voice notes the robot understands, reps who answer in the browser, and a summary of every call on the customer record.
- Studio Soon Build a flow from a plain-language description or start from a ready-made pack for your industry, test it on AI customers and real past conversations, and roll it out gradually.
- Robot knowledge Soon The robot learns your whole website, your files and what’s written in Google Drive, Notion, SharePoint and Confluence, stays up to date by itself, and shows where each answer came from.
- AI control Soon Rules the robot won’t cross, clear disclosure to customers, a monthly trust report, an explanation for every reply, and coaching the robot in a single sentence.
- AI assistant Soon An assistant that knows which screen you’re on, answers from the help centre, guides you on the screen itself and acts only with your approval.
- Commerce and payments Soon Sell inside the conversation: product cards, a cart, payment by secure link, quotes signed on the phone, and a personal page where customers see their quotes and payments.
- Bookings Soon A built-in calendar: the robot books, moves and cancels appointments on WhatsApp and by phone, sends a reminder with “1” to confirm and “2” to change, syncs with Google and Outlook, and never books two customers into the same slot.
- Team operations Soon Every conversation reaches the right rep, service targets and shifts that know the Israeli calendar, a live board for the office screen, and QA that turns into coaching.
- Agencies and partners Soon One console for every client you manage: client workspaces, usage and channel health at a glance, alerts when something breaks, and support access only with the client’s consent.
