Campaigns
One campaign for every channel, and each customer gets it their way
MoreSend picks the channel each lead actually reads, sends at the hour they tend to reply, moves to the next channel when there’s no response, and holds off by itself on Shabbat and holidays. Every reply lands in the existing conversation, and your team or robot carries on from there.
Why it matters
-
More messages that get read
Instead of sending everyone the same channel, each lead gets the message where they actually respond, with the reason it was picked.
-
Consent checked before every marketing message
Every marketing message is checked against the consent ledger and labelled as advertising, with a way to opt out. A customer who replies “STOP” leaves every channel.
-
See what actually brought in money
Goals, conversions and revenue attributed to the campaign, against a control group that got no message. So you know what worked.
What’s inside
Capabilities
- Available
A smart channel for each lead
MoreSend picks a channel for each lead from their history: where they read, where they reply and when. Every pick comes with the reason, so it’s always clear why.
- Automatic choice, a fixed channel or a cascade, your call
- “Why WhatsApp?”: a short reason for every lead
- When the budget cap is reached, paid channels drop out and free ones keep going
- Available
Channel cascades and journeys
WhatsApp, then email, SMS or a call if there’s no response. Or a whole journey: send, wait, branch on the reply, and hand over to a Studio flow the moment the customer answers.
- Wait a set time, or until the customer replies, reads or clicks
- Update the stage, tag or owner, or open a task, mid-journey
- A voice step: a phone call as part of the journey
- Every reply lands in the existing chat, with a note on which campaign and step it came from
- Available
Shabbat and holidays, built in
A campaign doesn’t send on Shabbat, holidays or memorial days. A message that falls in a closed window moves to the next allowed moment, based on when Shabbat begins and ends.
- Sending hours for each day of the week, on Israel time
- Shabbat, holidays, Holocaust Remembrance Day, Memorial Day and Tisha B’Av are blocked for marketing by default
- Your own blackout days
- A frequency cap across campaigns, so no customer gets too much
- Available
A consent ledger and one-word opt-out
Every opt-in and opt-out is recorded in a ledger that can’t be changed after the fact: when, on which channel and from what source. A customer who replies “STOP” is removed from all their channels, not just the one they wrote on.
- Opt-out requests recognised in Hebrew, English, Arabic and Russian
- Marketing messages carry the advertising label, the sender’s details and an opt-out line in the customer’s language
- An unsubscribe page by link, for email and SMS
- Do-not-call lists synced to calls too
- Available
AI variants that use only your facts
Write a brief, and AI suggests several variants for each channel: a WhatsApp message, an SMS, an email with a subject line and a call opener. Every number, price, date or link in the text is checked against what you provided, and anything that isn’t there doesn’t go out.
- A personal opener for each lead, written only from their own details
- Fact checks: numbers, prices, dates, links, phone numbers and product names
- When a check fails, the message goes out without the opener instead of getting stuck
- A cost cap for AI on every campaign
- Available
Audiences in plain words
Type “customers who bought last month and didn’t reply”, and get a ready audience: editable conditions, the number of leads and examples. AI only turns your words into conditions on your fields, stages and tags, and you see them before anything is sent.
- Conditions shown as chips you can change
- A count and sample leads before you send
- Filter by what customers wrote in their conversations, too
- One-click resend to whoever didn’t reply, didn’t read or didn’t receive it
- Available
The right hour and the winning variant
Each lead gets the message at the hour they tend to read and reply, within the windows you set. In an A/B test, part of the audience gets each variant, and the winner goes to everyone else.
- A send time for each lead, from their own habits
- Pick the winner by replies, reads, clicks or a goal
- The decision waits until there’s enough data
- A test send to yourself before launch, on every channel and variant
- Available
Conversions, attribution and a live dashboard
Set a goal: a reply, a click, a stage reached or a purchase. MoreSend attributes each conversion to the campaign, step and channel that drove it, and compares it with a control group.
- A live dashboard: sent, read, replied and converted, by channel and step
- Drill into any recipient, with their timeline
- An automatic pause when opt-outs or failures run too high
- A pre-launch preview: who drops out of the audience and why, on which channel and at what estimated cost
How it works
From setup to results
- 1
Describe the audience
Say in plain words who the campaign is for, or pick stages, tags and past campaigns.
- 2
Pick channels and content
A smart, fixed or cascading channel, and variants you write yourself or with AI.
- 3
Set timing and goals
Sending windows, Shabbat and holidays, a goal and a control group.
- 4
Check and launch
See who gets what and on which channel, send yourself a test, and launch. Replies land in the inbox.
Control, safeguards and privacy
MoreSend gives you the tools. What you send and the consent you collect remain your business’s responsibility.
- A consent check before every marketing message, and opt-outs that apply on every channel
- Approve the estimated cost before launch, with a budget cap while it runs
- An automatic pause for a campaign, or for one of its channels, when something goes wrong
- A customer in an active conversation, or with an open task, isn’t sent a campaign mid-way

More in MoreSend
- Leads and growth Soon A comment on a post becomes a private conversation, an ad lead gets a WhatsApp within a minute, your site chat reaches out at the right moment, happy customers bring friends, and you see the revenue each conversation brought.
- Smart inbox Soon Live translation in the chat, a ⌘K command bar and macros, snooze until the customer replies, internal threads and side conversations, the next step in one click, and an automatic wrap-up to the lead record.
- Voice Soon AI voice agents that know the customer, WhatsApp calls kept in the same chat, “Call me now” from any chat, WhatsApp voice notes the robot understands, reps who answer in the browser, and a summary of every call on the customer record.
- Studio Soon Build a flow from a plain-language description or start from a ready-made pack for your industry, test it on AI customers and real past conversations, and roll it out gradually.
- Robot knowledge Soon The robot learns your whole website, your files and what’s written in Google Drive, Notion, SharePoint and Confluence, stays up to date by itself, and shows where each answer came from.
- AI control Soon Rules the robot won’t cross, clear disclosure to customers, a monthly trust report, an explanation for every reply, and coaching the robot in a single sentence.
- AI assistant Soon An assistant that knows which screen you’re on, answers from the help centre, guides you on the screen itself and acts only with your approval.
- Commerce and payments Soon Sell inside the conversation: product cards, a cart, payment by secure link, quotes signed on the phone, and a personal page where customers see their quotes and payments.
- Bookings Soon A built-in calendar: the robot books, moves and cancels appointments on WhatsApp and by phone, sends a reminder with “1” to confirm and “2” to change, syncs with Google and Outlook, and never books two customers into the same slot.
- Team operations Soon Every conversation reaches the right rep, service targets and shifts that know the Israeli calendar, a live board for the office screen, and QA that turns into coaching.
- API and MCP Soon Your AI assistant or IDE works with MoreSend through an MCP server: find a customer, read a conversation summary, create a lead and send a message, with scoped API keys.
- Agencies and partners Soon One console for every client you manage: client workspaces, usage and channel health at a glance, alerts when something breaks, and support access only with the client’s consent.
