Studio
Flows you test before customers meet them
Studio already lets you build flows by drag and drop. Now it also builds with you, tests every version on AI customers and real past conversations, shows on the canvas where customers get stuck, and rolls out a new version gradually, with one-click rollback.
Capabilities marked “Soon” on this page are being built now and will be available to everyone later. This is how they’ll work once they ship. Everything new
What Studio does todayWhy it matters
-
Publish without guessing
Every version is tested before it goes live: scenarios, test customers and real conversations, compared with what was there before.
-
See where customers drop off
A heatmap on the canvas, time per step and goals with their value in shekels, from real data.
-
A mistake? Roll back in one click
Release to part of your customers, go back to the previous version in one click, and roll back automatically on failures.
What’s inside
Capabilities
- Available
Triggers from your systems
A flow can start not just from a customer’s message but from an event in another system: a new order in your store, a status change in your CRM, a new row in a sheet or a missed call.
- Events from the store, CRM, ERP and sheets you’ve connected
- Call events: a call ended, a missed call and a voicemail
- Your connections’ tools available as flow steps
- From an event in a connection to a new flow, in one click
- Soon
The Lab: tests and replays
AI test customers go through the flow following scenarios you define, checking that it does what you expect. In a replay, real past conversations run through the new version, and you see what stayed the same, what changed, what got better and what got worse.
- Scenarios with checks, such as “handed to a rep” or “lead created”
- Coverage: which parts of the flow were tested
- A publish gate: a version that failed its tests doesn’t go live without an explicit decision
- Lab runs never send messages or run real actions
- Soon
Insights on the canvas
The canvas shows what really happens: how many customers pass each step, where they drop off, how long each step takes and who’s in the flow right now. Set goals with a value in shekels, and see how many were reached.
- A heatmap and drop-off for every step
- Average time per step
- “Here now”: customers in the flow right now
- Goals with conversion rate and value
- Soon
Safe releases and experiments
A new version can go to part of your customers first. If something’s off, go back to the previous version in one click, or let MoreSend roll back by itself when failures pile up. Want to compare? An A/B test between two versions, against your goals.
- A staged rollout by percentage of customers
- One-click rollback to a previous version
- Automatic rollback on failures
- A/B tests between versions
- Soon
An AI co-builder and templates
Describe in plain words what the flow should do, and get it built on the canvas, to review before it’s saved. AI also explains an existing flow, fixes every warning at once, and suggests improvements based on real drop-off and Lab results.
- Build a whole flow from a description
- “Explain it”: what the flow does, in words
- Fix every warning in one click
- Ready templates: lead qualification, order status, appointment booking, satisfaction survey, abandoned cart and collections
- Soon
Error handling and a step debugger
Any step can get an error path, retries and a time limit, so a fault in another system doesn’t leave a customer stuck. And when something does fail, the debugger walks through the run step by step, with the variables at each step.
- An error exit on any node
- Retries and a time limit per node
- An alert to the flow’s owner when something fails
- Test from any point in a sandbox, and re-run failed runs
- Soon
WhatsApp Flows builder
Build a native form that opens inside WhatsApp, with several screens, dropdowns and dates, in a visual editor with a live phone preview. Every answer lands in a field on the lead record.
- Ready templates, like new-customer intake, a booking request and a quote request
- Map each question to a CRM field
- A “Send form” node in Studio, and the robot can send a form mid-chat
- Checked before publishing, on the official WhatsApp connection (WhatsApp Business API)
- Soon
From a written procedure to a robot
Paste or upload a written procedure, like your “booking and cancellation policy”, and MoreSend drafts a robot from it: instructions, a Studio flow, the tools it needs and knowledge. Each part is checked against the procedure, and you accept or reject each one before anything reaches customers.
- Drafts only: the robot doesn’t answer customers until you switch it on
- New tools are created switched off, until you connect them
- A number that isn’t in the procedure becomes a question to check
- Passwords and keys are removed from the text before processing
- Soon
Ready-made industry packs and a templates gallery
Pick the pack for your field from the gallery, such as an insurance agency, a clinic, a beauty salon or a real-estate office, and from day one you have robots in Hebrew, Studio flows, message templates, lead statuses and stages, and starter knowledge for the robot. You can also save your own setup as a pack, with passwords and keys left out.
- See everything the pack adds first, then install it in one click
- Nothing you already have is overwritten: when names clash, the pack’s item is added alongside yours
- Everything installs as a draft or switched off, and nothing reaches customers until you turn it on
- Removing a pack deletes only items you didn’t change and that aren’t in use
How it works
From setup to results
- 1
Describe it or start from a template
Write what the flow should do, or pick a template and adapt it.
- 2
Test it in the Lab
Test customers and real past conversations run through the flow, and you see what happened.
- 3
Release gradually
To part of your customers first, then to everyone, with one-click rollback.
- 4
Improve from the data
The canvas shows where customers drop off, and AI suggests what to change.
Control, safeguards and privacy
- Lab runs and tests never reach real customers or run real actions
- A version that failed its tests isn’t published without an explicit decision
- Every version is kept, and you can go back to any of them
- Tool approvals and permissions apply inside flows too
- A pack installs as drafts and never overwrites your existing setup
Works with
Connections that fit in here. One marked “Soon” plugs in as soon as it ships.
More in MoreSend
- Campaigns Every customer gets the message on the channel they actually read, at an hour that suits them, and only if they agreed to hear from you.
- Leads and growth Soon A comment on a post becomes a private conversation, an ad lead gets a WhatsApp within a minute, your site chat reaches out at the right moment, happy customers bring friends, and you see the revenue each conversation brought.
- Smart inbox Soon Live translation in the chat, a ⌘K command bar and macros, snooze until the customer replies, internal threads and side conversations, the next step in one click, and an automatic wrap-up to the lead record.
- Voice Soon AI voice agents that know the customer, WhatsApp calls kept in the same chat, “Call me now” from any chat, WhatsApp voice notes the robot understands, reps who answer in the browser, and a summary of every call on the customer record.
- Robot knowledge Soon The robot learns your whole website, your files and what’s written in Google Drive, Notion, SharePoint and Confluence, stays up to date by itself, and shows where each answer came from.
- AI control Soon Rules the robot won’t cross, clear disclosure to customers, a monthly trust report, an explanation for every reply, and coaching the robot in a single sentence.
- AI assistant Soon An assistant that knows which screen you’re on, answers from the help centre, guides you on the screen itself and acts only with your approval.
- Commerce and payments Soon Sell inside the conversation: product cards, a cart, payment by secure link, quotes signed on the phone, and a personal page where customers see their quotes and payments.
- Bookings Soon A built-in calendar: the robot books, moves and cancels appointments on WhatsApp and by phone, sends a reminder with “1” to confirm and “2” to change, syncs with Google and Outlook, and never books two customers into the same slot.
- Team operations Soon Every conversation reaches the right rep, service targets and shifts that know the Israeli calendar, a live board for the office screen, and QA that turns into coaching.
- API and MCP Soon Your AI assistant or IDE works with MoreSend through an MCP server: find a customer, read a conversation summary, create a lead and send a message, with scoped API keys.
- Agencies and partners Soon One console for every client you manage: client workspaces, usage and channel health at a glance, alerts when something breaks, and support access only with the client’s consent.
