Leads and growth
Every comment and every form becomes a conversation
Whoever wrote “details” under your post gets a private message, whoever filled in an ad form gets a WhatsApp within a minute, and the robot takes it from there. AI scores every lead with a reason and alerts you when one heats up, and after the service, every customer is asked for a review.
Capabilities marked “Soon” on this page are being built now and will be available to everyone later. This is how they’ll work once they ship. Everything new
Why it matters
-
A comment that becomes a conversation
Whoever commented on a post or replied to a story gets a private message, and the post is saved as the lead’s source.
-
An answer while the lead still remembers you
A lead from an ad form gets a WhatsApp within a minute, instead of a callback hours later.
-
Know who to call first
Every lead gets a score from 0 to 100 with the reasons, and the manager is alerted when a lead heats up.
What’s inside
Capabilities
- Soon
Comment-to-DM
Someone writes “price” or “details” under an Instagram or Facebook post. MoreSend replies publicly (“we’ve sent you a message”), opens a private chat with them, and the robot takes it from there.
- Keywords per post, matched with or without Hebrew vowel marks
- Several public reply wordings that rotate
- One private message per person per post
- The post is saved as the lead’s source, with stats per post
- Soon
Story replies and mentions
Whoever replies to your story, or mentions you in theirs, lands in the inbox as a lead, with the story attached. The robot can open the conversation, and a Studio flow can start from the reply.
- The story is attached to the chat and the lead record
- A “Comment” trigger for Studio flows
- The same keyword rules as for posts
- All in the same inbox, next to every other channel
- Soon
Ad leads get a WhatsApp within a minute
A lead who filled in a form in a Facebook or Instagram ad (Meta Lead Ads) opens straight away as a CRM record, with the ad and form it came from, and gets a WhatsApp message that answers the request they left. The robot qualifies them, and the lead goes to a rep.
- Name, phone and form fields mapped to the record
- The ad, form and campaign saved as the source
- No duplicates, matched by phone number
- When you connect, leads from the last 90 days can come in too
- Available
AI lead scoring and hot-lead alerts
Every lead gets a score from 0 to 100, with the reasons: “asked about price twice, mentioned a budget, wants it this week”. The score updates as the conversation goes on, and when a lead crosses the threshold, the manager is alerted.
- The score on the card, the kanban and the table, with “Why?”
- Sort and filter by heat
- An alert when a lead crosses the threshold, with no flood when the score jitters
- The reasons are always visible, so it’s clear what the score rests on
- Available
Reviews engine
After a closed conversation, a completed appointment or a paid order, every customer is asked for a review, with a one-tap link to the page you choose, such as your Google business profile. A customer who replies that something went wrong gets a response: a task opens to deal with it, and AI drafts a reply.
- The request goes to every customer, with no filtering by satisfaction
- WhatsApp, then SMS or email if needed
- Never in quiet hours, on Shabbat or holidays, and at most one request per customer in 90 days
- Opt out in one tap, and clicks on the link are tracked
- Soon
Revenue per conversation, rep and robot
Every won deal and every payment is credited to the conversations, reps, robots and flows that touched it. So you can see which robot pays for itself: the revenue it influenced, next to its AI cost.
- Choose the model: last touch, or an equal split across every touch
- A payment and a deal for the same lead are never counted twice
- By rep, robot, flow, channel and period
- “How it’s calculated” next to every figure
- Soon
Referrals from happy customers
At the right moment, like after a high rating, a won deal or a payment, the customer gets a personal code and link on WhatsApp to share with friends. A friend who comes through the link opens a conversation tagged “referred by Dana”, and the reward is recorded when the deal closes.
- A code and a WhatsApp link, recognised from the very first message
- Self-referrals and duplicate referrals are blocked
- Your choice of reward: a discount, credit or a gift, with a monthly cap
- Never in quiet hours or on Shabbat, and only to customers who agreed to marketing messages
- Soon
Proactive engagement on your site
Your site chat reaches out by page and behaviour: someone who keeps coming back to the pricing page, lingers on the shipping page, or is about to leave. The greeting can hand the chat to a robot, and “Continue on WhatsApp” turns an anonymous visitor into a known conversation, without losing what was already written.
- Rules by page, time on page, repeat visits, campaign source and exit intent
- A cap on greetings per visit and per day
- The campaign source is saved on the conversation and the lead
- Loads after the page, without shifting its content
- Soon
Outcome reports: what the AI resolved
A monthly statement of what the AI actually achieved: conversations the robot resolved without a rep, appointments booked, payments and recovered carts. A conversation counts as resolved only once some time has passed without it reopening or getting a negative rating.
- Verified AI resolutions, not just closed conversations
- Bookings, payments and recovered carts in the same report
- A monthly statement, downloadable as CSV
- For tracking and reporting only
How it works
From setup to results
- 1
Connect channels and sources
Instagram, Facebook and your ad forms.
- 2
Set the rules
Keywords per post, an opening message and a public reply.
- 3
The robot opens the chat
In a private message or on WhatsApp, and qualifies the lead.
- 4
The team takes hot leads first
By score and reasons, and after the service a review request goes out.
Control, safeguards and privacy
Comments and messages on Instagram and Facebook work within Meta’s permissions and policies.
- One private message per person per post
- The first message to an ad lead goes out as an approved WhatsApp template, answering the request they left
- Any further marketing messages are checked against the consent ledger
- Review requests go to every customer, with no filtering by satisfaction
- A lead score always comes with its reasons
- Revenue follows the model you chose, with “how it’s calculated”, and is read-only
- Reps see only their own revenue unless they have analytics access
- Referral invitations go only to customers who agreed to marketing messages
- Browsing events on your site are stored without personal details

More in MoreSend
- Campaigns Every customer gets the message on the channel they actually read, at an hour that suits them, and only if they agreed to hear from you.
- Smart inbox Soon Live translation in the chat, a ⌘K command bar and macros, snooze until the customer replies, internal threads and side conversations, the next step in one click, and an automatic wrap-up to the lead record.
- Voice Soon AI voice agents that know the customer, WhatsApp calls kept in the same chat, “Call me now” from any chat, WhatsApp voice notes the robot understands, reps who answer in the browser, and a summary of every call on the customer record.
- Studio Soon Build a flow from a plain-language description or start from a ready-made pack for your industry, test it on AI customers and real past conversations, and roll it out gradually.
- Robot knowledge Soon The robot learns your whole website, your files and what’s written in Google Drive, Notion, SharePoint and Confluence, stays up to date by itself, and shows where each answer came from.
- AI control Soon Rules the robot won’t cross, clear disclosure to customers, a monthly trust report, an explanation for every reply, and coaching the robot in a single sentence.
- AI assistant Soon An assistant that knows which screen you’re on, answers from the help centre, guides you on the screen itself and acts only with your approval.
- Commerce and payments Soon Sell inside the conversation: product cards, a cart, payment by secure link, quotes signed on the phone, and a personal page where customers see their quotes and payments.
- Bookings Soon A built-in calendar: the robot books, moves and cancels appointments on WhatsApp and by phone, sends a reminder with “1” to confirm and “2” to change, syncs with Google and Outlook, and never books two customers into the same slot.
- Team operations Soon Every conversation reaches the right rep, service targets and shifts that know the Israeli calendar, a live board for the office screen, and QA that turns into coaching.
- API and MCP Soon Your AI assistant or IDE works with MoreSend through an MCP server: find a customer, read a conversation summary, create a lead and send a message, with scoped API keys.
- Agencies and partners Soon One console for every client you manage: client workspaces, usage and channel health at a glance, alerts when something breaks, and support access only with the client’s consent.
