- Send a message or an approved template

Controls and approvals
- An API key with scopes, an expiry and an IP allowlist
- Every action runs with the permissions of the key’s role
- One recipient per send, and marketing messages blocked by default
- Over the hourly limit, a message waits for a person to approve it
- Every call is logged, without message content
