What you’ll be able to do
The robot and your reps work with Custom API (OpenAPI) from inside the conversation.
- Import an OpenAPI or Swagger file or a Postman collection, and pick the operations you want
- Each operation becomes a tool with input and output fields, run by the robot and your reps from the conversation
- Sign in with an API key, a username and password, or OAuth
- Map the response to clear fields, even when the system returns XML
Controls and approvals
- Operations that change data can wait for a rep’s approval, like any tool
- Keys are stored encrypted, and the robot never sees them
Events that start a flow
Each of these events can start a Studio flow.
- An API alone doesn’t send events. To start a flow from an event in your system, connect it through Make, Zapier or n8n
