Soon Invoicing and ERP
iCount + MoreSend: iCount documents in the chat: invoice, receipt and quote
This connection is being built. This is how it will work once it ships. Until then, you can connect any system with an API through Tools.
What you’ll be able to do
The robot and your reps work with iCount from inside the conversation.
- The robot finds the customer by name, email, phone or tax ID
- Search documents by customer, type and date, and send a download link
- Issue a quote, invoice or receipt from the conversation
- Create a new customer in your invoicing system
Controls and approvals
- Issuing a document waits for a rep to approve it
- A receipt for a payment that already went through, for the same amount, goes out without waiting
- The same document is never issued twice, even on a second click
- One invoicing system per workspace, so documents aren’t duplicated
Events that start a flow
Each of these events can start a Studio flow.
- A new document is issued
- A payment goes through, to issue the receipt
Ready-made flows
Start from a template and adapt it to your business.
-
“Send me the invoice”
The robot finds the right document and sends a link, with nobody digging for it.
-
Quote for approval
The robot collects the details and drafts a quote, and a rep approves it before the PDF goes out.
-
Payment, then receipt
When the payment goes through, the receipt goes to the customer in the same chat.
