This connection is being built. This is how it will work once it ships. Until then, you can connect any system with an API through Tools.
What you’ll be able to do
The robot and your reps work with Cardcom from inside the conversation.
- A payment link sent right in the chat, with the installments you allow
- The amount comes from the order or your system, never from free text
- The robot and the rep see whether it was paid, how much and in how many installments
- An invoice or receipt goes out automatically after payment
- Issue a Cardcom document, with a rep’s approval

- A link above the cap you set waits for a rep to approve it
- Charging a saved card and refunds always wait for a person to approve

Deposit to confirm a booking
The booking is confirmed only once the deposit is paid, with a reminder if it isn’t paid within a day.

Pay the open balance
The customer asks what’s left and gets the amount and a payment link in the same message.

The customer gets a message with a link to update their card, and the rep sees it in the chat.
