What you’ll be able to do
The robot and your reps work with Grow (Meshulam) from inside the conversation.
- A payment link sent right in the chat, with the installments you allow
- The amount comes from the order or your system, never from free text
- The robot and the rep see whether it was paid, how much and in how many installments
- An invoice or receipt goes out automatically after payment
- The transaction is confirmed with Grow on its own once the customer pays

- A link above the cap you set waits for a rep to approve it
- Charging a saved card and refunds always wait for a person to approve
