This connection is being built. This is how it will work once it ships. Until then, the robot already learns from your website and knowledge bases.
What you’ll be able to do
The robot answers customers from this knowledge, and reps find answers in it.
- PDF, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and CSV files, up to 25 MB and 500 pages
- Tables are kept row by row, with their headers
- Versions: a new file replaces the previous one
- Public knowledge for the robot, or internal for reps only
Controls and approvals
- Internal knowledge is never shown to customers
- Admins upload, replace and remove files
